This is just a quick post to show my intention to come back to writing after a long (really long) hiatus. I started this book blog back in 2016 because I wanted a space to talk about one of my favorite hobbies. Unfortunately, I didn’t have much time to actually write, as I was finishing up college and hunting for a job. As time went on, I honestly forgot about my plans and moved on with my life.
What have I been up to instead? Well, first of all, I started a blog for my other primary hobby, gaming. I’ve been having a great time writing about how much I love video games, but I really wanted a space to talk about books. Truth be told, it didn’t occur to me until today that I had this blog from 2016 still around. Once I remembered, however, I decided to revive it from the dead and have some fun!
Obviously, the exact form this blog will take from this point on is going to take some thought. My next post will be my December wrap-up, and I’ll also probably do a ranking of every book I read in 2018, as well as some thoughts on each title. This should give any of you that want to know more about my book tastes an idea of the sorts of things I read.
